AIESEC (pronounced eye-sek) was originally an acronym for Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales.
AIESEC is no longer used as an acronym but simply as the name of the organisation.
Members of AIESEC are known as “AIESECers.”
Being a member means that you are one of the important talents creating great experience for our exchange participants!
You don’t need to be a member to go on our exchange and similarly, being a member doesn’t mean you must join exchange. But why not take the opportunity and get the best from both experiences?

You will have opportunities throughout the year joining various leadership conferences.
On top of that, you could work across different departments in AIESEC and get a taste of how corporate operations would be like.
You could also be one of the organizing committee members in organizing fruitful conferences for other youths across the globe!
