Sustainable Development Goals

Climate Action

Better Trails aims to develop a culture for responsible adventure to make outdoor enjoyment sustainable. Volunteer’s main role is to assist Head Programme & Training in programme design and development.

Volunteer will undergo Leave No Trace (LNT) training to educate outdoor lovers about the nature of their recreational impacts, and techniques to prevent and minimize impacts during community outreach booths. Volunteer may co-conduct programs and trails, manage international participants in camps.

main activities

  • Research and Develop Sustainable Development Goals programmes for schools and community
  • Create programme design frameworks and activity write ups

  • Prepare the associated programmes materials

  • Assist in organising and conducting the SDG programmes and event

  • Provide related programmes operational support whenever necessary

  • Undergo Leave No Trace (LNT) Training

  • Upon training, volunteers will be involved in outreach booths to share about LNT at community events

  • Volunteers may get to co-conduct programs and trails at different parts of Singapore

  • Volunteers may be managing participants from various countries during exchange camps
